1. Fulfillment Policy
All purchases made through our website or social media are for coaching services and/or digital products. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with details on how to access your program, schedule sessions, or download any applicable materials.
For coaching programs, access to materials and services will be provided as outlined in the program description. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.
2. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our coaching services and digital products, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made. This policy is in place because:
- Coaching services require time, customisation, and planning, which cannot be undone.
- Digital materials and program access are delivered immediately and cannot be returned.
- Your commitment to the program is essential for success, and this policy helps maintain accountability.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- If you have enrolled in a coaching program with scheduled sessions, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session.
- Missed sessions without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled unless due to an emergency.
- If you choose to discontinue a fixed-term coaching program (e.g., 12 weeks) before completion, no refunds or partial reimbursements will be issued.
